The Sun Palace offers 6 apartments: 2 studios - ideal for couples without children - and 4 two room apartments suitable for families or friends up to 5 people.

  • Studio: room with double bed, with kitchenette and bathroom
  • Two-room apartments: Living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace with sea view.

Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, WiFi Internet access and air-conditioning.

Bigger apartments are situated on the upper floors and all have terraces with sea view. Studio apartments are on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden and the pool.

Private parking, laundry room and barbecue are available for use.

Our residence has a lovely Mediterranean garden with an outdoor swimming pool, wide sunbathing area with shower, sun beds and umbrellas, two relaxation areas with chairs and tables where you can enjoy your barbecue or simply read a good book under the shade of the cypresses. Last by not the least, for each apartment we have reserved one parking spot in our extensive parking area within the garden.

National Park Cape Kamenjak

The stunning Cape Kamenjak Park is Premantura’s most valuable treasure. It is about 3400 m long, 500 to 1.600 m wide, characterized by 30 km coastline, interesting coves as well as the specific sequences of hills and hollows. This wild landscape is home to over 570 plant species, of which 30 are protected.

Activities

Windsurfing: due to the particular winds and a specific coast Premantura is ideal to learn or practice windsurfing. It is known to all windsurfing fans for the closing of the season culminating with annual surfer’s meeting for Halloween at the beginning of November.
